According to a decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Ola Fine LLC, owned by Maxim Krippa, a well-known entrepreneur and owner of the NAVI esports team, has received permission to acquire Parus Holding LLC from Vadym Stolar. This decision allows Ola Fine LLC to control the Parus business center, famous for its 33-story height and total area of more than 70,000 square meters.


According to YouControl, Maksym Krippa controls Ola Fine LLC through the ARS Capital fund. Stolar, for his part, owns 80% of Parus Holding LLC through the Genesis fund, and 20% belongs to his ex-wife Inna Maistruk through the Stream Investment fund.


Parus BC was acquired by Stolar in early 2021 from developer Vagif Aliyev. This Class A business center is a key asset of Parus Holding, which also includes Advanced Technologies Plus LLC.
